As I posted on the web page today, my PC has truly died.  And this time, I've decided to give in.  Rather than building my own, I'm just going to buy an off-the-shelf model.

Mr Dell says it should get to me in around two weeks. 

Unfortunately, most of the LAMP images and all of my image processing tools are locked away on a hard drive that was on the broken machine.  And I can't access that hard drive just now (for the technically minded, it's a SATA drive and I only have a PATA caddy).

So... StagePics is going to be out of action for a short time!  Sorry to those of you who were looking for photos of Calamity Jane.

I look forward to it coming back to life... I'll let you know when it happens
